I have experienced a great level of care by Thomas Freeman and the team at Providence Family Medicine.

Thomas Freeman is the best provider I have ever had. It Would be devastating if I ever had to find another. I don't believe in my life time I would be able to find another provider who cares and is as committed to making sure I get the care or answers I need and deserve if things are going poorly. He is thorough and listens to everything I have to say. Anytime I've had to see another provider I've felt disappointed and unheard. The office staff is always kind as is his nurse. All around fantastic experience. I'm also not upset I had to wait longer than normal to see him this last time. I believe it was because he was giving his full attention to someone else who needed it instead of rushing through to meet some kind of time quota. Good providers are worth waiting an extra 5 minutes for.

Thomas Freeman has been my primary care since 2017 and has guided me through several serious health issues as well as the normal issues with aging. He has always offered the best care and relevant advice concerning my health decisions. The office is well run and from the reception staff, the nurses and the lab, I have always been well treated expeditiously and with respect. During the COVID-19 pandemic, I always felt safe during my visit and the clinic did a great job of protecting the patients and the staff from contagion. In general, we need more health care professionals like these and the only concern is that it can sometimes take months to arrange for care.

Great experience with actual care. I was scheduled way to far out in my opinion. However the staff put me in a wait list and I got in early due to a cancellation.
