This was a meet and greet appointment.This provider is taking over from my previous provider who is retiring. I am very impressed with this provider and have all the confidence she will be a good fit for me.

This was my first meeting with Kaelin as she will be my PCP going forward. My experience with her was great.

The receptionist, the MAs, and my nurse practitioner are all very helpful and professional!

Excellent care

I looked at the clock wrong and got there an hour early. I thought I'd have to wait But they took me in and we got right through.

Kaelin always shows care and kindness and helps me to always get to feeling as best as possible. She's a great provider.

My care provider was proficient, friendly, and easy to talk to. The purpose of this appointment was to set up future care after my current provider's retirement. We discussed all aspects of my heath.

At first I didn't think Kaelin were going to mesh. I first started seeing her as COVID was starting and it was my anxiety of catching COVID that caused me to feel this way. Since then I have gotten over myself and am very pleased with the level of care she provides. She is very thorough when we discuss my health matters, past, present and future.If I need to contact her or my care team I normally send a message in My Chart. Normally my message is responded to same day.

I contacted my primary doctor. He couldn't see me but scheduled me the next day with another doctor. That was great for me. The doctor he scheduled me with was great.

I like that she is cheerful and positive. The lab people are gentle, don't leave bruises.

Kaelin and her team are excellent to work with! They are caring, thorough, professional and knowledgeable. I look forward to seeing Kaelin and feel confident that she takes care of my health care needs. I have recommender her to several friends.

This was just a routine yearly wellness visit, so everything went smoothly.

Great provider, listened well

I started seeing my care provider just after started working with Providence and she definately knows me well as! They always get back with me when I use MyChart and it makes it much easier for both sides to communicate.

She and her staff are always great and on top of my health.

My care team is exceptional. The only issue I ever have is getting in for an appointment in a timely manner for unplanned needs. Some of the schedulers seem to navigate the system better than others and are able to get me in to see someone (usually not my primary care physician).

Kaelin is an extremely knowledgeable and caring provider. She provides a thorough and comprehensive assessment, and discusses medical terminology, diagnosis, and treatment plans in a way that is reassuring and understandable. Further, she covers lab results in a very prompt manner which is always appreciated as it decreases anxiety from abnormal labs.
