Great provider, listened well

I started seeing my care provider just after started working with Providence and she definately knows me well as! They always get back with me when I use MyChart and it makes it much easier for both sides to communicate.

She and her staff are always great and on top of my health.

My care team is exceptional. The only issue I ever have is getting in for an appointment in a timely manner for unplanned needs. Some of the schedulers seem to navigate the system better than others and are able to get me in to see someone (usually not my primary care physician).

Always prepared and answers my questions.

She provides a thorough and comprehensive assessment, and discusses medical terminology, diagnosis, and treatment plans in a way that is reassuring and understandable. Further, she covers lab results in a very prompt manner which is always appreciated as it decreases anxiety from abnormal labs.
