Some of the responses seem a bit negative, but aren't intended to be. For example, the response of fair on scheduling relates to this being my first appointment with Dr. Hall, which apparently has a three month waiting period, which is entirely too long. I intend on using Dr. Hall as my long-term PCP; he was attentive and engaged in good discussions to elicit answers from me. Bottom line is I was quite pleased with my appointment with Dr. Hall, and have recommended him to my wife as well.

Was easy to develop rapport. Seemed genuinely interested in providing care.

My provider provided timely responses to my questions but seemed put off and not very personable by my psychological obstacles to care.

It was a first visit to establish care. Dr. Hall seemed energetic and sharp. I was extremely pleased to establish care with him as a PCP. It's been many years since I could say that about a PCP.

I've seen this provider 3 times now and this last time was the best experience yet. I'm wondering if it is because it was recorded which freed him up to be attentive but he was much more present and seemed natural. The 1st seemed like he was partially using a script and I did not like it. I sincerely questioned whether to come back or not. I decided to give it chance and if he medically performed well I could forgo the lack of bedside manner but this last appt. His interactions were greatly improved and I did not feel rushed or limited, as I did in the 1st appt. On the 1st appt. I'm pleased at how this is progressing.

Dr Hall took his time, listened to my answers. Most complete physical I've had in years.

Dr. Hall and staff are always helpful, friendly, courteous and knowledgeable.

I came in as a new patient and I was greeted by the receptionist with kindness and great customer service. The certified medical assistant was kind and friendly, and the provider was awesome. He made me fill it ease and comfortable, and answered all my questions. I had a great wonderful experience
