About Cassandra M. Sauther
Dr. Sauther was born and raised in Indianapolis, IN. She received her bachelor’s degree in theatrical studies from Ball State University in Muncie, IN before deciding to change career trajectory in pursuit of medicine. She received her medical degree and met her now husband (a Spokane native) at St. George’s University in Grenada where she rotated at many different hospital systems, including spending 4 months at the NHS in London, England. Dr. Sauther completed her family medicine residency at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center in Idaho Falls, ID. Dr. Sauther is passionate about weight loss and non-surgical obesity medicine in the primary care setting. She also enjoys sports medicine, particularly for women athletes and the performing arts.

When she is not working, Dr. Sauther enjoys cooking from scratch, different forms of dance/ movement with particular interest in modern dance and aerial yoga. She also loves hanging out with her husband and their floofy Samoyed, Albus.
