Top of the line

I have always enjoyed my first few minutes with Dr. K's assistant. We have the best time while she is getting me ready for my appointment. She's the best at putting me at ease and I can tell her anything. Dr. K is a wonderful listener and when I have any health issues, My Chart is our communication tool.

I have seen this provider twice for the same condition and received the help I sought both times.

The provider I was given last week after the power outage had cancelled me was very caring. As a retired nurse I recognize "good". After her exam, I felt helped. When she finished she told me that if I was not better in 2 weeks to return. Perhaps a scan may be needed to detect the problem

My doctor sent me a text saying everything looked good and to follow the plan of action. There is no plan of action. I would like to see the care team to go over my results and have them explain what everything means. My doctor has improved so much with talking and explaining everything so far. The only thing that wasn't explained was my bloodwork, probably because it came in after my appointment. The doctor is doing way better now and is a great doctor so far

This is how healthcare should always be for everyone. From the first point of contact with the Nurse Assistant and then with the Dr. The thoughtfulness, respect and care was outstanding. I feel so blessed to have found this family clinic.

I was able to see this provider as my PCP was booked when I needed to come in. She was wonderful! Easy to understand. Great listener. Ordered blood tests which I didn't realize were due. Her assistant was beyond wonderful! Very personable and kind. Have had issues accessing My Chart; totally on me. She took the time to reset my password and now I'm up and running with information!When I told her I couldn't even reset my Apple password she did it for me!!! Can you imagine someone so helpful???Oh, also received two referrals that I was seeking during this visit. An all around great appointment!!

Dr. Krishnan identified symptoms that I was experiencing right away and made arrangements immediately to send me to emergency for immediate admittance, leading to Identifying a serious health Issue that needed Immediate attention. I appreciated and am grateful for Dr. Krishnan's responsiveness and action on my behalf.

I've spent the past nine years, trying to get answers to a medical issue I've been having. This provider not only listen to what I had to say, she also gave me more information than any other doctor had. She ran the test that were needed, and we found out that, what I thought was going on was right. All the other doctors refused. She is, by far, the best provider I have ever had

Dr. Krishnan seems to truly care about my concerns. Past experiences with care providers is that they want to jump to conclusions about what's going on and make assumptions. That is NOT my experience with her. I very much appreciate her willingness to listen and help figure out what's wrong.

Dr. Krishnan is a wonderful doctor. It has taken me a few years to come around to the idea of using My Chart vs a call back from my doctor. My Chart is a sure way of hearing back from her on the same day. I have never tried to get an appointment with her through My Chart. Or to have an appointment date moved up because I was to sick to wait.

This was my first time seeing this provider, and hopefully this is who I will see as my regular provider going forward. She was knowledgeable and friendly.
