Alison was great listening to my concerns and addressing them as well as handling new concerns I had about my health. I have MyChart and am able to communicate with her through that if necessary.

Attentive And show concern for my health

The people at Snohomish Providence are wonderful. Every person with whom I speak is gracious, kind, helpful and helps answer my questions. My biggest complaint is it doesn't seem as if you acknowledge the outstanding work they do.

Came in for bp check back. Having a very difficult time. Severe depression. She was on it quickly and got me the care I needed. With a change to the antidepressant rx. I feel less hopeless. Like maybe I can get balanced out with the proper meds dosage. She listened with empathy, understanding and compassion. And got me the help I so desperately needed. She is a huge asset to your clinic. And I appreciate her very much. She saved my life.

This provider and staff are very efficient, accommodating and friendly. I'm very pleased with my experiences there. The one problem I do have is with the parking situation. Not enough parking and it is very difficult to maneuver.

The care givers are top-notch and know their profession. The staff in the office are sweet and easy to talk to. Overall, I feel very comfortable and confident with your team. Thank you for hiring quality folks to help manage our health.

The visit itself was good.However the referral to a specialist is taking a long time.
