The doctor, the lab technician, the nurses, and the reception staff were all excellent. I really appreciate that the facility has a lab and is able to run my blood tests on site and get me results so quickly.

Dr Pulido is a great listener and is a compassionate provider. He reallys cares about me and my care. Unlike many other providers, Dr Pulido takes a vested interest in my care/my history/my future medical plan and puts it in action. I never feel rushed and DR listens to concerns and issues. I would and have recommended Dr Pulido to friends and collegues!!

Although I have never seen Dr. Pulido before, I'll be happy to use him in case my primary care doctor isn't available.

This visit was a first-time encounter to discuss entering Dr Pulido's care. It went very well, we established procedures to begin with and I felt that the doctor was building an excellent plan for further office visits and useful tests. Convenient as it was a 'one stop shop' for yearly check-up, vaccinations, bloodwork without having to schedule different appts or go to other locations. To receive healthcare from a new provider, takes months! It is disappointing and higjly frustrating that the healthcare system, in general, packs the schedules of doctors such that a patient must wait for months to see anyone. With that said, I must also comment on how refreshing my first visit with Dr. Pulido had gone.Impressive beside manner, knowledgeable, and compassionate.. Swedish is excellent! I received outstanding care when my lung collapsed back in 2022. Thank you. Fix the wait times!

It can be challenging to get a same day or next day appointment at the Downtown Clinic. I've been visiting urgent cares for same-day appointments for things like UTI symptoms.Otherwise, I really like Dr. Pulido because I feel like he knows me well and provides a great level of care.

So far I am comfortable with the services that I get from my provider.

Great Doctor

The Dr. Pulido arranged for future tests within the year as needed. He prescribed a different medication after I voiced some concerns about a possible side effect. He wants me to follow up in 3 months after taking the new medication to see if there are any changes. It was a very worthwhile and effective wellness visit in my opinion.

Dr. Pulido is very thorough, And thoughtful.
