Dr. Smith and staff were exceptional. I had mistaken this appointment to be a psychiatric appointment with Dr. Smith but he was sincere and offered his medical expertise to the concerns I've had. He was helpful and offered resources, tests, and empathy. With his help, I was able to know more about my health and get tests to cover bases for my medical concern.

Dr. Smith and I always discuss all details relevant to my health and my visit to him. We have always come to strong agreement on the next, best steps for my care; sometimes this differs from the most common treatments due to things specific to me and my body. Dr. Smith is a real pleasure to work with: I feel respected, understood, and known.

Dr Smith was extremely helpful, listened closely to understand my exact situation, as opposed to a boilerplate "rush thru" "check the boxes" visit that some other providers expose you to, and gave excellent knowledgeable advice.

First introduction to Dr. Lucas Smith. He gave me an appointment almost right away when I was not able to get one with my previous provider until October. Dr. Smith made me feel comfortable immediately. Nothing extraordinary. Just good human contact. I was not flattering about the providers in my previous experience dealing with extreme pain, but that did not seem to faze him. He took it in stride and proceeded to first get the information necessary to understand my issue/s and then work with me in a collaborative manner. I had already done a lot of research, had decades of experience which I brought to bear. Dr. Smith treated me with respect. I felt listened to and most importantly, understood.

Dr. Smith is an extremely aware and intelligent individual as well as being a focused and concerned provider. If he were to leave the clinic, I would likely try to follow him to his new practice. I sincerely appreciate his knowledge, manner, and professionalism.

Dr. Smith seemed quick to get to another meeting or finished with mine. But, it wasn't much of a concern. I thought his quality of care was very good, as was that of my nurse, receptionist and phlebotomist.
