Dr. Hocquard shows many virtues and a myriad of professionalism. According to my experiences with all health providers, an obsession of typing, pausing patients' speeches, disruption and lacking a sense of basic respect were actually quite common in other providers. I appreciate that Dr. Hocquard was interactive during communication.

He answered all of my questions and addressed every concern.

Dr. Hocquard continually amazes me with the full attention and insight he is able to provide while maintaining an efficient handling of all issues.

Dr Hocquard always listens to what I have to say patiently. He also has a good sense of humor which relaxes me.

Dr. H is honestly one of the best providers I've had. It took me so long to become comfortable but he was always there and always willing to try something new or make changes. He never makes me feel small or as though I'm not a real patient. Even when his appts were backed up and he was late to our appt, he spent the appropriate amount of time with me to discuss my care. I had a great experience with this doctor. I hope to keep him as my provider for as long as I can. Respectful, intelligent, great communication skills, built rapport and trust with me. Listened to what I had to say and worked with me with their suggestions rather than deciding for me. One of the best doctors I ever had a visit with.

This may be a general comment related to all doctors, but I find dr Kyle a bit impersonal. That leaves me feeling like I could see just about any provider. I.e. What is the purpose of scheduling him specifically? But perhaps he was having a bad day or too much time had passed between visits. He perhaps takes really good notes because he has the records there for us to discuss. But there's something personal about visiting a doctor to me - they put their hands over you, put you in vulnerable positions etc. I expect a them to be a bit more personable. But then again, maybe I have high expectations I need to adjust.

Dr HOCQUARD was extremely helpful. I was relieved leaving the office and remembered what he said to me. I wish I saw him a lot earlier.

Dr. Hocquard is a great provider. The only feedback I have is for the facility. When I called for a second opinion from a nurse, I was told there wasn't one on staff. When I received a follow up email, it was later than was necessary for the issue I was having. This isn't a huge problem and I highly recommend the team to anyone looking for a PCP.

A wonderful Doctor. Always listens, very kind. Feel at ease with him.

He is great! I worry about him being so young and new there, but he is very on top of things. The only snafu is it simply takes time to develop a list of specialists that he likes. He does have some together and has developed more over the short time I have been with him....but I am kind of a tough patient that way, looking for special specialists for many quirks of my aging but relatively healthy body.

Dr Houquart is the most compassionate , professional and always gives me tools to use

I miss having the lab on site. This would be the only reason I would change clinics. The dr and staff are quite competent.

I was listened to with empathy. My concerns were validated and after some discussion, a changed was made in the medication I had been originally prescribed. There was also a go forward plan discussed and I am already feeling better

I can rely on Dr. Hocquard to be kind, understanding, knowledgeable, and patient. He is an extraordinary doctor and person.
