I was recently hospitalized at St.Peter's Hospital with a life threatening health condition. I learned that my PCP Susan Carlton viewed my progress everyday during my 2 week hospital stay. She is caring, compassionate, easy to talk to & intelligent.

This was my first time here. Everything went well. It's just a shame that it takes over 3 months to get a new patient appointment.

I think Susan Carlton does a very good job listening to me, responding thoughtfully, and helping me make decisions about my care. I feel grateful that she is my primary care provider. I wish I were able to schedule longer appointments, though. I would like more time to talk through diagnostic and treatment options, particularly in cases such as my last appointment, which was to discuss a chronic disease where I have a long history of treatments that did not work.

Susan is an excellent health care person. I feel comfortable with her and she seems to care about my health. I've had concerns about the cholesterol medication and she has listened to me and we worked together to figure out what's best for me. I met an RN on my last visit and she was also helpful and caring. It's not easy these days to find a health care provider that shows they really care. I am very happy with the Rochester clinic.

She was really kind to me and took all the time I needed to help me. Very nice to have the doctor stay in the room and not splitting appointments with someone next door, like our other doctor in Olympia did. Great experience.

Susan Carlton lessened my concerns about blood lab results. Agreed to place orders in my chart for follow-up labs after I have opportunity to make changes to my diet.

Takes several weeks to months to get into the office. Have been getting sent to urgent care or other providers out of this office for emergent care.Good experience is that once I have an appointment I receive excellent care once in the office.

Susan was understanding about how I wanted to manage my health care, and provided valuable suggestions.
