I am glad to have Dr. Perez as my PCP. She listens to me, doesn't make me feel rushed, and I am confident in her level of care.

I had a great experience with Dr. Perez as it was my first time meeting with her to establish a primary care provider. I explained to her my medical history and situation and she was able to prescribe me the medication that I had been taking while I was in an inpatient facility and we scheduled up a follow appointment

Dr. Perez is amazing! She is familiar with my medical issues and has worked hard to obtain medical records from various providers Including those associated with the Veteran's Association. She made pertinent recommendations for prescription changes. She and her staff follow through very quickly with tasks and appointments related to my health care. I trust Dr. Perez listening to my health concerns and working with my wife and I for a prudent treatment plan.

Ms Perez was amazing. She made me feel comfortable enough to have my records switched from my last clinic due to my provider leaving. She will be following up with me once she gets my records.
