Dr Penrid is an excellent provider. He listens carefully and takes my concerns seriously. He offers excellent insights and gives sound direction for treating and maintains my health. I am grateful.to have found a physician that I trust and know will work with me to support my best health. I recommend his services very highly. And he has very good working relationships with his staff. It is good to know that they are all support their patients well being.

I am generally very satisfied with the care I receive from Dr Penrod. However, I want a provider that will help me and allow me to be my own advocate. I do not want a provider that will only want to throw medications at every issue. I do not want, and I will not increase my visits and testing solely to increase the revenue of the Kadlec organization. I would like to remain under the care of Dr Penrod and Kadlec but if my wishes are not important enough to be considered for my care then I will have to search for another provider. I would appreciate a response. Thank you.

Dr. Penrod is a terrific doctor. He listens to questions and concerns. Explains clearly options to address issues raised. Can't recommend him high enough. Feel very lucky to have him as my primary care provider.

My visit, actually, was a walk in emergency. I saw this doctor for the 1st. Time. I acquired a nasty rash, which he knew rite away, what & how to clean the infected area. Sent in a prescription . Which took the rash away . He was very knowledgeable In taking care of my rash. I would recommend this Clinic to people I know.

I wasn't sure what to expect as I hadn't seen this person before. But when the staff called saying they thought I should come in sooner than what was available when I made an appointment through MyChart about a flare in my chronic condition, I took the offer of the Monday appointment (I'd made an online request about Friday evening I think). When I arrived I discovered it was so.eone I'd never had before who was able to fit me in. He was better than adequate. I thought he'd be a good fit for my husband who had been forced out of network when his PC left Kadlec.

The appointment was to establish Dr. Penrod as my new PCP. Dr. Penrod exceeded my expectations! Everything about my visit was a positive experience. Thank you Kadlec!

Dr Penrod seems to be a great doctor. It was my first visit. Great listener.

Dr. Penrod put me at ease and very professional in his examination. Explained what he thought was the problem and ordered X-rays. Before the day ended he let me know what the x-rays indicated and referred me to physical therapy as he indicated could happen if the x-rays verified his diagnosis. Dr Penrod was very impressive.

I moved from my previous provider because, although I liked him, I usually spent an hour in the waiting room then another 1/2 hour to 45 min. In an exam room before he would get to me. I feel respected with Dr. Penrod and I respect his knowledge as well. He seems to want to work together and be preventative. I appreciate that.
