I give Dr. Maddox a 20 she's very personable and very kind and listens very well to everything. I'm trying to explain to her.

My visit was great! It was my first time at this location and staff were very professional, courteous and polite. Thank you!

Dra. Maddox has been my PCP for over 10 years, she knows my medical history. She is a great doctor and always provide me with medical care I needed. I am not satisfied when I see other provider. Dra. Maddox is very hard to catch every time I need to see a doctor, I ended up getting checked out up with other doctor. Sometimes I had to wait until other patients cancelled their appt. If I want to see my PCP.

Without Dr Maddox, I possibly would not be alive today.

We enjoy seeing Dr. Maddox every time. She listens to my child's questions and concerns.

This was my first visit with Dr. Maddox for well care - (I saw her in March for the very first time with an emergency colon bleed)She is very caring and attentive - listens intently and relates sincere care.

My doctor is an excellent doctor and very knowledgeable in her expertise, for this reason, she is fully booked by her patients all the time, but she still squeezed me in during my time of need!

This was my first visit. I asked for her as my primary cause I live in Kent. It was difficult with traffic to Seattle. She was very good.

This doctor was great. I am really going to like her. I have been looking for a doctor since I moved to Seattle Washington. Thank God for this doctor. I hope she don't retire soon!

This was my first time speaking with Dr. Maddox. I found her to be warm, friendly and very helpful. I would see her again anytime I couldn't get in to see my regular primary care provider.

Dr Maddox was very attentive and concerned enough to send me to Valley Emergency. She also offered to have me transported by aid car, but I felt OK to drive my own car.

Dr. Maddox is an excellent medical provider. My son really trust her medical advice. As a mother, it's impartive my son understands the importance of routine medical care and trust his medical provider. He's 14yrs has no problem asking me to schedule an appointment with Dr. Maddox when he has medical questions or not feeling well. Again, Dr. Maddox in an excellent medical provider!!!

I have been going to Pacific Medical since 2003 and am happy with the care and Dr. Maddox has been very good.

I actually really enjoyed my appointment. Everyone made me feel cared for and important.

She is always concern about my health and made sure that I am given the appropriate care.

Dr. Sonja Maddox provided me with excellent care.

This visit was made because the doctor before I saw Maddox was a complete waist of time (two visits). Terrible bedside manner and no helpful information or treatment. But this new doctor was the complete opposite. Very respectful, knowledgeable, and left me feeling hopeful

She is always very interested in the problems and why I am there for a visit. I went there to get the paperwork filled out for my medical parking license plate. And they responded to my message on my chart page asking it there were any cancellations to call me because the earliest I could schedule was an appointment two months away with did not work for the time limit to submit the forms. She was wonderful at helping me complete them.

Dr Maddox, I feel that she is one of best Dr that I ever had. She makes me feel like she really cares and I believe that she does. She is a very warm person. She laughs at my jokes. She's the BEST!!!
