My primary care provider was excellent. She is one of the best providers I have had. She take the time to listen and engage in conversation abt concerns or questions for preventative care

I love Dr. Chao, I feel very comfortable with her like a friend. She really listens, she really cares, understands and gives me good advice. I just wish I could get an appointment with her sooner as I have to wait weeks or sometimes months to see her.

On this visit I had a very good experience. One thing that I don't like is how long you have to wait to get in to see the doctor for a routine check up (2-3 months).

Dr. Chao took her time with me since this was our first visit..she was extremely thorough, took all information down for my files, and asked questions I have not been asked from a previous provider. I appreciated that very much. I hope to have her as my provider for all the needs I may have in the future. She was quick to give excellent information to me on My Chart.

It's my first visit. I was happy with the interaction with Dr. Chao.

Although I Am very happy with Dr. Chao and the Renton Clinic staff, I live in Pierce County Bonney Lake area and sure wish there was a Swedish Clinic closer to me. Traffic getting to/from appointments is terrible.

She is very easy to talk to about any issue and gives good information

I don't feel I was heard. Provider did not give me possible reasons why I wasn't feeling well. I feel that I left the visit with more questions than answers

I went in for my annual visit. Dr Chao listened to me and asked great questions. I had bloodwork done and the results were available the next morning. Someone from the doctor's office called me within a few hours (very quick!) to discuss results and schedule a follow-up visit with the doctor. An appointment was available within the next couple of days, and again Dr Chao listened then offered possible solutions. I'm very happy with the care she provides.

All Swedish personnel have been exceptionally friendly and nice.

After researching all the 'Open to new patients' physicians, I felt Dr. Chao would provide the care I needed. She has been great... This was my second visit with her. A Wellness visit. Janna was very kind and understanding. She eased my mind and made me feel better about coming in to see her as I was still concerned as to if I should have waited. She explained my medical issue to me and I felt much more knowledgeable about how to deal with it going forward.

I think it's important you get a doctor that fits your needs. I understand this doctor may not be the best doctor for other people, but I think this doctor is a very good fit for me for a variety of reasons.
