Dr. Hornell has always been professional and courteous in our interactions. I've recommended him to family and they have all been pleased with his professionalism.

The doctor and staff treated me with courtesy and were very punctual in getting me an appointment. Next visit was my appointment and I felt the doctor and the clinics staff cared about my concerns. I am very satisified at this time.

Dr. Hornell is great, he always has and does treat me really good. We always communicate on every issue I have or have asked him about. He has a great personality and we get along perfectly!

Great provider easy to understand

Clinic is in a great location and the office is clean and up to date in decor. Everyone was pleasant. Being a retired cardiac anesthesiologist, I had a lively health discussion with Allan and we proceeded In a direction that I was comfortable with.

, this was my first visit with the doctor. He was very professional and listened to all my questions.He recommended blood and urine analysis for me during this visit

The provider's demeanor and character was unprofessional. They were able to make a suitable diagnosis but lacked the quality patient care that I was looking for. The nurse was caring and patient, which I was thankful for.

I appreciate Dr. Hornell being sensitive to my feelings about my health while also being direct about what I need to do to improve. It makes it easier for me to focus on making necessary and not feel overwhelmed and/or shamed about my current health challenges.

I had some questions about a health concern, The doctor took time to explain about possible medication options, or not. He didn't push either plan. He respected my choice, and set me up with the best option available to me.

Dr. Hornell always treats with respect and is on top of all my needs.

I feel good going in the office, everyone is kind, courteous, sensitive and non judgmental. At my age it has been finding that person who does all this. I have had 4 other individuals over the years change their care to Dr Hornell. Thank you!,

Dr. Hornell always gives me enough time to address concerns I have. His assistants are always kind and professional.

I was able to get a very timely appointment as a followup for a prescription medication that needed refills. I also needed followup blood testa that were timely. The doctor provided his assessment of the test results. His MA called to make sure that I had seen his assessment and that I understood. Very thorough.

Dr Hornell is an excellent Dr and he is very helpful with any issues I have and all my chronic conditions as well.

Dr. Hornell was respectful, asked questions, and listened to what I had to say. I was satisfied with this appointment.

Had a great experience. The office staff was professional and friendly. The nurse was knowledgeable and kind, Dr Hornell was easy to talk with and open and honest about next steps to take. He wanted to hear about my next appointment with my eye dr. I provided that thru MyChart and Dr. Hornell responded the same day.

It was good, he seemed a bit rushed, I would have liked a few more minutes with him.

Dr. Hornell is a newer PCP who o me for a little over a year. He is very knowledgeable and listens carefully and am amazed when I can call and get a same day appointment with him for a more urgent issue. That doesn't happen with any other I have had. I appreciate it so much.

Dr Hornell is a caring provider who relates well with his patience and shows understanding. He provides expert guidance for my medical needs, questions, and concerns.

As always, Dr Hornell enters the exam room fresh, prepared and professional. He leads the conversation and then allows me time to develop my medical concerns. By the way his fresh approach as we interact gives me confidence I will be well taken care of.

Dr. Hornell was awesome, he really listened to me and I felt like we were working together for my health goals rather than my previous experience at the residency clinic where I felt like the provider was not listening to me at all. He was thorough and explained things clearly and with humor as well. I really appreciate the time he took with me! The nurse who roomed me was also great and when I told her I was nervous because I don't usually go to the doctor's, she eased my mind and made me feel relaxed. The front office person who checked me in felt a bit rushed and was a bit short, not the most warmest of welcomes but she got the job done quickly so that's fine. I left the office feeling so good about my visit and like I'm in very good hands with Dr. Hornell and his team!

Excellent PCP and staff is friendly too and got me in same day for a UTI. It can be difficult to get follow up answers but can't say why as I have only been to this clinic twice.
