Dr Putterman is always wonderful. Very caring. She is the best doctor I have had.

This Doctor did not sit in front of a computer asking questions and type. She records the conversation while we look at one another and talk. I am so impressed with this mode of medical care. I tell everyone how wonderful my primary care doctor is.

Very good doctor, but difficult to reach for real time personal phone call.

The quality of care depends significantly on the individual provider. I've had horrible providers through Providence that have been disrespectful condescending and did not appropriately address my care however, my current provider, Dr. P. Is exceptional she takes time to prepare for our visit. Reviews records research is thorough and shares the information in a way that is easily understandable and is not dismissive. In fact she is highly validating as long as she's my provider I'll continue to be seen through Providence.

The doctor and other medical staff are active listeners, professional, and exhibited genuine care in my health and treatment.

The doctor I saw on Monday was great she listened to me and helped me with my arm problem I was very happy to have a good appointment

Dr Purttleman was very easy to talk to and very personal. Best Doctor I have had in my life.

Dr. Purtteman is very professional and answers all of our questions. On this visit, my wife said she had high blood pressure and the doctor had a nurse check her out immediately as she had an appointment available. We also scheduled a follow up appointment. We are very happy we have Dr. Purtteman as our doctor.

She is awesome - listens, was prepared for the visit, humble, helpful and just really great. The only complaint I have about this practice is the LONG WAITS for appointments which is not my doctor's fault. I am not only grateful that she is my doctor but I am infinitely grateful I have a DOCTOR and NOT A MID-LEVEL who is not a doctor.

Dr Putterman took the time to make sure all of our questions were answered. We felt that she listened to any concerns that we had. English is a second language for my husband so sometimes it takes a little longer to make sure he understands what is being discussed. She is patient, kind and has been a joy to work with. I would highly recommend Dr Putterman and this office to anyone in search of a great provider. Everyone is pleasant from check in to the technicians and the pharmacist that we work with. We really feel cared for.

My provider, Dr. Purtteman, is absolutely wonderful! She is professional, warm, concerned and thoughtful. She gave me time and encouraged me to discuss any health issues. The support staff is also great. The only negative is the amount of time it takes to get an appointment. I haven't had an urgent need yet, but if so, I hope I can get an appointment in a timely fashion. At this time, I'm very satisfied with the care I've received.
