Dr. Harmony is very good at listening and giving you her full attention. She's understanding of what I say, offers her professional thoughts, and never belittles.

I had a great experience with Dr. Harmony. They had switched me from the person I was originally scheduled to see but they explained why and it was perfectly fine. As for the question about my medication I wasn't sure how to answer that because there hasn't been a need to talk with my provider concerning it. I'm very happy with having Providence as my health provider.

I was happy to learn that Dr. Harmony had diagnosed my problem so thoroughly based on her research into my previous doctors visits and has arrived at the decision that I should see a specialist to further evaluate my condition. I have thus made an appointment to see the specialist in about a week and a half.

This was a new patient visit with Dr. Harmony. During the visit Dr. Harmony listened to all my past medical issues as well as my current concerns. She answered all my questions in easy to understand language. We explored all my current medical conditions and Dr. Harmony provided relevant and thoughtful feedback. I am extremely thankful that Dr. Harmony had accepted me as a new patient and look forward to our future collaboration.

Ive been coming to west oly since the day it opened. I've seen several different pcps in the 10 yrs. I lnow my body very well and I stand up for myself. If I didn't like a dr or if they didn't listen to me I have gone to a different one. That has happened twice at this office. I like Dr. Harmony she listens to my concerns, she comes up with a plan for my health and is always friendly about it

She is very compassionate and very focused on my well being as well as my medical condition. She provides very detailed information about any and all medications I take or that she might recommend. She has always listened to me about my concerns.

My provider was kind and listened to all of my concerns. She was patient and I did not feel rushed. On the day of my appointment I was seen in a timely manner. All staff I encountered were professional.

All good except I have been on hold for 30-45 minutes when calling the front desk/main line/care team and no one answers typically.

My care provider is excellent. Dr. Harmony is attentive, kind, and always listens to all of my health concerns. Though it takes a while to get an appointment, that is not her fault at all and is more the fault of our national healthcare system being strained. Dr. Harmony is an excellent provider and the best physician I have ever had by far.

She was competent, willing to work with my limitations, did the procedure quickly and painlessly.
