She's amazing and she cares.

Dr is without a doubt the best doctor I've ever had. She listens and this year made referral for tests that showed need for gall bladder removal.

I live 79.7 miles away. I would NOT make the trip if I was not completely satisfied with the care I receive. (I used to live MUCH closer !) Providence and Dr Bass have NEVER let me fall into the cracks.. The folks who answer the phones, the ones who check me in, the MAs etc have ALWAYS made this fat old woman feel as if she matters... In my experience that is HARD to find! And as long as I can afford the gas this is the provider I will see...

Provider was honest, and explained why she was looking at certain medications, and why she didn't think some were a good fit for me.

Dr. Bass spent time carefully considering the pluses and minuses of writing a prescription and provided excellent advice about when to take it. I really appreciated her cautious approach.

I was a patient of Dr. Bass for quite a few years then four years ago we moved away so that it would be an hour trip for me each way to see her. I did that for a while, but with expensive gas, I decided to try a doctor closer to our new home I found a new doctor but for many different reasons was not happy with our new doctor. I called and asked if Dr. Bass would take me back as a patient although I know she's full and not taking new patients. Happily she said yes and this was my initial visit back to her. I was happy as usual she's very personable very professional, and always answers all my questions .
