Easy to book appointment online. Provider reached out to me personally to change care from a virtual visit to in-person visit. Appointment was fairly on-time, spent the time needed with me to order upcoming tests.

Dr. Starr and her team provides excellent care. I would like to refer people to this office but was told all the doctors are not taking patients or leaving. People are having to go to Evergreen get new doctors. Your doctors here provide wonderful care. You just need more of them.

As always the medical team was professional, caring, and knowledgeable. I appreciate how well taken care of when ever we have a doctor's appointment.

My provider, Dr. Hillary Starr, is great! It's distressing how many months it takes to get an appointment. Nothing to be done about that, I imagine.

My care provider has always been wonderful. I enjoy her a great deal, but having to get in for an urgent or last-minute appointment is nearly impossible and when I've tried to get family members into this clinic, very few take new patients and when they do, there's always a very long wait to get in to see them.

I always receive the best care imaginable from these people. I would be very unhappy if I couldn't get care here. I know they're the best at what they do and they make it seem so easy!

Ten years ago, Dr. Starr saved my life in a very tangible way, catching a life-threatening illness that three urgent care doctors missed. In the decade since then, however, she has improved my life in immeasurable ways. She has validated me, listened to me, taken time for me, consoled me, celebrated with me, encouraged me, investigated for me, been curious about me, been worried for me, and treated me with empathy, dignity, and respect. My job requires me to spend a lot of time talking to people about their experiences with healthcare providers, and I've heard the same horror stories over and over again about clinicians who shame, condescend, or ignore. I empathize, but I simply cannot relate when it comes to Dr. Starr. She is the embodiment of what every primary care provider should strive to be.

She examined me thoroughly found the problem ordered lab work and yah I was very impressed with it. She made time to take care of me when I could not see my regular doctor. Hilary is the best PCP. She's been my doc for 14 or 15 years and has always gone above and beyond to help. She helped through a long period of mysterious illness and was always empathetic and patient with me, even when I wasn't my best. I super appreciate her.

I love having Mrs Starr as my primary care she's always attentive to my needs, she always listens to me laughs with me and always makes sure I'm comfortable. She definitely knows What she is doing and knows how to give excellent care and represent Providence in the best way possible I have nothing to gain from this review, except for knowing that I'm giving praise to someone who clearly deserves it. I just hope you guys listen.

Dr. Starr is thorough and very easy to talk to. She found my Atrial Fibrillation issue on a wellness exam and helped me find a great cardiologist.

The medical and receptionists are a very caring, followed through with their treatment. We have always gotten the best of care. I am so grateful doctor Starr catching a serious medical issue and took really good care of me from ER then back to her for follow up and care.
