This Dr. Is meticulously careful in diagnosing & looking at past history. However, when I bad kidneys stones, I had difficulty reaching anyone at the clinic to get some help. She is helping me get follow up care now extremely well & is helping me get an ultrasound very soon.

I like my new MD a lot. She took time and answered all of my questions and I had lots of questions. I like the mamogram room. I have never been to one that was so relaxing before. The lady who did the mamogram for me was very nice also. Sorry I do not remember her name.

My past care provider should work in a day care because he didn't care about me. I saw Dr. Marpaung and this she Cares about me and getting me answers and getting me well. That's a huge difference from the care I received from my former Dr. Who was actually a PA

It was just happenstance that had me choose Dr. Marpaung when I came to Providence but I was so relieved to have found her as my primary care doctor! She listens intently, asks questions to get a thorough understanding of my concerns and really wants to partner with me in treating me. She spends time finding out what's going on with me and how we can best address and treat the issue in a way that is effective and that I am comfortable with. Dr. Marpaung is the best physician I have had with Providence. She listens, we discuss and we resolve health issues together. All of my experiences with Providence, their staff, and their providers has been spectacular! The only downside I've experienced at all is that it's difficult to get a timely appointment. Oftentimes I'll schedule an appointment out a month or more in advance. I understand this is no fault of the providers as they have many patients they see all the time, just wish it were easier to have more timely scheduled appointments.

The Healthcare provider did avery good job for what she had I need to have my medical records from a Healthcare provider in Arizona from spme stuff that was done in May and I've been struggling with them to get my records sent here so she can seee results from the tests that were performed
