Good provider

It was the first time I'd seen Dr Blackner. It seemed as if he'd been my Dr all along. He made me feel at ease and he answered the questions that I'd had, very well. I really appreciated Dr Blackner & his help that he had given.

Dr. Blackner is excellent in every way. Sometimes his MAs change from one visit to the next and occasionally seem impatient or do not listen carefully to what they are being told. Summary information they enter into the system is critical to my care.

Dr Blackner listens to me and provides good feedback, however he does not appear to have much experience with care of Type 1 diabetes which I have had for 50 years. I may seek out an endocrinologist for future visits

I find Dr Blackner approachable and easy to talk to. He doesn't talk down to me but still uses easy to understand language. He doesn't only speak in technical medical terms. The clinic Is an easy quick drive from my home and every time I've contacted his office through the patient portal I've gotten an answer within a reasonable amount of time.

Dr. Blackner is a new provider for me and I am VERY happy to have him as my primary care doctor. His disposition is pleasant, he listens patiently, answers my questions and respectfully offers explanations when he senses I need them. He and support staff are thorough and responsive.
