Everyone is super nice and very understanding. I used to hate going to the doctor and would often just suffer with whatever was going on. I don't feel like that with my current doctor, and I'm not dreading setting up future vists

Soledad is always professional but friendly. She listens to any concerns I have about my health, both physical and mental. I know she really cares for her patients. She addresses all my concerns and either answers and fixes them or will recommend a specialist if she feels it would be best for me to see one. She's very supportive of my goals especially that I have been sober for over a year now. That I'm also losing weight and getting my A1C down where it needs to be without medication.

Generally everything and everyone are professional at Providence.

ARNP Guttierez was very professional, listened to my health problem and made thoughtful recommendations. In a very timely manner she reviewed my X-ray results and recommended several appropriate courses of action. Although she is not my PCP, I am very pleased with her professionalism and personal attention to my medical care. Thank you.
