Always excellent care

Sarah Kinnard is rude and doesn't listen to patient concerns. This is the second time I've seen this provider and decided after the first visit not to see her again. This second visit was an error to see her as I had not recorded her name, which I have now done. I will not see her again.

Sara is a great care government. She understands me and cares about my health. She listens to my concerns and works with me to ensure I remain healthy.

I feel Sarah is too concerned about numbers on lab results and doesn't consider my overall health. For instance I was wearing a an orthopedic boot but she never inquired about it. As she was leaving the session I had to call her back to tell her I ruptured my Achilles tendon. Her focus was entirely on medication for BP

It is difficult to get appointments with our PCP, and Sarah Kinnard is not the warmest person to interact with. We often have to see her because she seems to have the most availability. We would avoid her if we could.

I like how Sarah listens carefully and asks questions if I'm not clear. She explains medications and alternative. Testing and labs are always ordered to monitor effectiveness of medications. I hope she isn't ever burned out by the medical system.

I am very pleased with the care and service from the Providence Hawk's Prairie clinic. In the several years they have provided primary care to me, I have not had a negative experience.

She made a funny comment about her pets, which helped me relax a lot, and I saw her as a good human being, as well as a thorough practitioner. She also took the time to check a serious new concern, besides the reason for the appointment. I felt informed and relieved. She lifted a burden and I was encouraged by the visit.

Amazing to get a same day appointment

This was the first time I saw Sarah Kinnard and I am so glad I got scheduled with her! The problem was blood pressure and the leg and ankle swelling that had gotten so bad. We talked about blood pressure and what is "normal" for someone 79 years old. She eliminated and then added medications. She gave me a guide book to keep track at home of my blood pressure for the next month and scheduled a follow up. She is a cheerful, considerate provider and listened to what I had to say, which is not always the case for senior citizens like me. The information she gave me was very understandable--but I never felt she talked down to me or was condescending which, as a senior, I have also experienced. I am glad they could get me In to see her.

The checkup was thorough and informative. I was treated well by my provider and her assistant. It took a while to get in -not sure why that was.
