The staff was pleasant and friendly. I was going to be a few minutes late due to a traffic accident that I wasn't involved in. When I called to let them know they were understanding and accommodating to my situation. I would highly recommend Dr Berndt to my family and friends.

Since all providers are over booked it is hard to get appointments in timely manner. But I am happy with the Doctor.
