Dr Dean is the only doctor I've had who acted like I was an intelligent person, she took all my issues seriously, and she was very easy to talk to. I would suggest though that she assure me she would find out the answer to a question if she didn't know it-these questions did NOT refer to my particular health concerns but were general questions.

Dr. Dean and staff are always the best. We've went out of our way to ensure our entire family and care, even with a bit of arrangements with our insurance providers, is at Hawks Prairie Family Practice. It is reassuring as a patient, wife and mother, to know that is our care facility and team!

Our daughter had hoped to get established with her, but she is always booked out and I believe has not had new-patient visits available for some time. That also can attest to the fact she is so good at caring for her patients.

Even though I waited for about an hour to see her when it was my turn she didn't make me feel like I was rushed and she addressed all of my concerns. I really appreciate the fact the she wanted to have a follow-up appointment with me in a few weeks and she scheduled the appointment herself. I feel very heard and I really appreciate her. She also quickly made referrals to other clinics that I needed. She's a very good doctor.

Dr. Dean listened to what I was saying about my symptoms and understood me. Always a good experience with Dr. DEAN when I can get into see her. Most availability is thru the ARNP's tho and those visits are not as good as they dont know much about the patients they see beings they cover for several doctors. I think the morning before the appts sitting down and refreshing themselves with the patients files ( ARNP's ) would make a big difference. As for Doctor Dean she is always pleasant, listens well and takes time to respond to all questions and makes eye contact and acknowledges you and its never a rush rush appt.
