Dr. Lum is very meticulious about covering everything in our blood tests & what has been happening with our health since our previous vist. He is very friendly & pays attention to our concerns by answering our questions.

Since I'm a long haul truck driver, I need my prescriptions filled at different pharmacies all over the US. Dr Lum's medical assistant team is very astute about it and Dr Lum is very astute about calling it in. The only times I've had issues were when prescriptions were sold out or long holidays, but that's not their fault. I can usually get caught back up.

In October my pharmacy gave me the wrong medication in my properly labeled prescription bottle. I subsequently got sick. When I realized what had happened and called Dr. Lum's his team reacted promptly and help me through the situation. They're the best.
