Overall I believe I am receiving excellent care. For my most recent issue, it's been a very slow process to address the issue with 1 to 3 day wait times between my recaching out with requests and then responses. When one is experiencing pain, this duration matters, especially if there are multiple communications necessary. However, once I do get response, the solutionsare very helpful. I have even noticed that the doctor has provided responses on weekends, which I very much appreciate.
