I am very pleased with my care provider and Swedish.

Alicia Placko always listens to me and answers my questions in a way I understand. If I am having a problem, she asks questions that help get to the heart of the problem. I never feel rushed when seeing Dr. Placko even when I know she's having a busy day. Plus, she is very professional and respectful and very nice. She makes you feel as if she really cares about you.

I always have a good experience when I see ALECIA. She gets the ball rolling where many MD'S have shoved me under the carpet. It has been 1yr 4 wks. Since this hlth. Issue has began. And I am worse than when it started!

Ms Placko maybe an ARNP but she far exceeds the old doctor I had before I started to go to Swedish. I'm hopeful that any other provider I'd see in the future would provide me a good impression that they know what they're doing and would listen to me rather than just telling me what to do. Good Communication is very important to me.
