When we were trying to find another MD Dr. Barnes was accepting new patients, this is why I went to establish care with her.

I had been exposed to COVID and needed to be tested, I had been called in to serve for Jury Duty and I did not want to expose anyone if I came up positive with the virus. The office and Dr. Barnes got me in the same day as my call and expedited the visit quickly, while being professional each person was warm and personable. Awesome Staff!

This is the first time in a long time like many years that I had a doctor really take the time to listen to me about all of my concerns. I never felt rushed and I always felt respected. Best service !

When I move in to Valley Wa, I don't know anybody, not familiar with places . When I called Providence and I'm looking for a Lady doctor which what I'm comfortable with, they immediately told me that I have Dr. Melanie Barnes , I said yes! And I have an appointment with her the next day. What's amazing about Dr. Melanie Barnes was she so warm and welcoming. Explaining what's best for me and my health is what I wanted . She go and beyond to help you achieve your goal as a patient. She scheduled my up coming mammogram. I highly recommend to all women out there who seek for a lady Dr who knows best for your health and insuring your in best place Dr. Melanie Barnes is the best Dr in Chewelah Wa.

Professional and caring

This was the first time that I had seen this doctor and she was polite, showed cocerned, gave me Instructions and a prescription and sent me for x-rays . I liked her.

My wife and I just transferred our care from another Providence provider, who we were not happy with, to Dr. Barnes. This was our first visit with her and we're both excited and looking forward to (hopefully) many years of care from Dr. Barnes.
