Dr. Looi is kind and friendly while being highly professional and knowledgeable. When she saw that I did not want to add another prescription to the mix, she made helpful suggestions on how else I could achieve my goal. When I was a bit down about my overall progress, she helped me see the areas to fix and acknowledged the progress I had made. She is altogether lovely to work with, I am so fortunate.

Dr Looi has a pleasant personality and tries to interact with her patients in a positive manner. It is apparent that her background may be light in the areas of post menopausal care/mature women's health care and and concerns. I will continue to see her for general health issues however as per her suggestion I will seek care for post menopausal/mature women's health care and concerns through a specialist for these areas.

Tho the appointment was for a routine diabetic check, I requested a diagnosis for a very recent hand issue. Dr Looi provided such, relieving concern over the issue, and provided a remedy. I have developed an early trust and confidence in her medial skills/diagnostics. So, due to when I ask questions that I know the answers to.

Dr. Looi fully explained what was causing my symptoms. She gave me very practical suggestions how to lessen them (showing me twice to ensure I understood) and explained how to treat the condition. I notice improvement already and am very appreciative.

I felt heard and had more than one concern addressed which was VERY helpful. It takes a lot to get an appointment and make an appointment happen, and I appreciate being able to have more than one concerned address per visit. I have felt in the recent past that physicians only are wanting you to concentrate on one specific condition.
