Doctor is very good and very careful on my record, but the waiting was very long on this appointment, normally is not that bad.

Dr Esther Liu is thorough, efficient and kind. She is direct, doesn't sugarcoat issues but explains thoroughly, gently and with encouragement for the patient. I appreciate her professionalism and fine character.

I Love Dr Liu

Dr. Liu is a wonderful doctor. Sometimes it's really hard to schedule an appointment.

Dr Liu is extremely conscientious and makes you feel valued as a patient. My only concern is that I wasn't able to get a timely appointment for a follow up diagnostic test to evaluate a lump. Having to wait months to be seen at any location is terrible service. This is not Dr Liu's issue, but rather a Swedish imaging issue.

Dr. Liu listen to my medical conditions carefully and explain to me that I should do to Improve my health.

Dr. Liu provides excellent care. She answers my questions thoroughly and addresses my health issues in a thoughtful and caring manner. She encourages me to keep working on improving my diet and exercise level and supports my progress towards those goals. My lab results show good improvement as I incorporate her recommendations into my daily routines. She's a wonderful Doctor!

Dr. Liu seems an excellent primary doctor.One problem is that it is very difficult to make an appointment because she is such a popular doctor and so, her schedule is full for 6-7 months.

Dr Liu is always friendly, caring and thorough and efficient.

The provider is very caring and professional. During the visits, she listens intently before providing advice. She shows positive enery to uplift people around her.It would be great if the team could improve the scheduling process. You have to phone to make an appointment with the provider, and it would be more convenient if appointment could be scheduled online or via Mychart.

She is a very conscientious and has extensive knowledge; also she is able to explain with clarity what she knows.

I do not find Dr Liu relatable. She is nice and respectful, but does not know me. She also kept me waiting nearly 30 min in a gown in a cold room.

Love the doctor and since she takes time with her patients, she can get behind, so wait times can be longer than usual.

Extremely popular doctor so sometimes it's hard to get in soon but she works hard to get you in a cancellation when possible.

Depending on the time of the day- the wait time can be longer than expected unfortunately- but my family and I have been seeing Dr. Liu since I was a young adult and my sons were born and we wouldn't want to see anyone else! She's so caring and absolutely wonderful!

I have been in deep depression and so many days I thought I'd kill myself and every follow up she made me feel heard she made me feel like there was hope even though Inside I was empty. Every time I see her I cry so hard in my car because I never thought anyone cared specially a doctor. God bless her and her family always. She is very thorough and covers everything. She did seem to be working hard and I had to wait 1 hour to see her. She then covered everything I needed. I used to be a nurse and I know how that works. She did her best and gave me the help I needed when she could. They offered to reschedule me but I decided to wait for her. I live far away and didn't want to come again.

May provider was anazing and informative. The waiting hours was too long, could atleast be 20 minutes but not later than that.

Dr. Liu and her staff are awesome. But they are extremely busy. They see me as much as they can. I am hoping we can continue the relationship after I move to Island County.
