My Dr always cares about my health. She knows me and I feel Comfortable talking to her about issues that may come up.

She is a great provider. She listens and is really thorough. The previous provider I had for 15 years missed a lot of things regarding my health that Dr Ermita caught in my first year with her.

Dr Ermita listens to me and is very helpful with helping me reach my goals. If she is running late she apologizes and I never feel like she is rushing me through my appointment. We talk about my health and agree on the plan. She is very easy for me to talk to and I really appreciate her helping me reach my goals as well as having concerns about my other health issues. I look forward to continue working with her to keep my health in check.

The practice is very busy and perhaps under-staffed, so it can be difficult to schedule an appointment without a wait of at least a week, often longer. I assume that staffing is not the doctor's responsibility. Once obtained, however, consultations with Dr. Ermita are healing and helpful.
