Sarah Reed was very kind and was generous with her time. This particular patient Is developmentally disabled. I am that individual's guardian and was present at the appointment. Sarah directed her questions in such a way that it was easy for me to answer - yet was respectful of the patient. She did a very fine job managing that task.

Despite what I imagine was a fully scheduled day for her, PA Sarah Reed's willingness to listen to me empathetically made me truly feel heard (which, for this particular issue, was just as important as the solutions she offered). It took some extra time, but it made a huge difference and I left specifically appreciating it.

Sarah Reed always gives excellent care and since she is a PA it is convenient to see her when regular primary care Dr. Is unavailable for an appt. When needed.
