Juliana Ionescue FNP treated me with respect and attentiveness. I felt seen and heard while discussing all my health concerns. She asked questions and provided solution outlets. I felt confident in her knowledge and ability to care for me. I am greatly appreciative of her professionalism and humble demeanor.

Since I could not see my PA, I saw the NP. She was wonderful. I felt as comfortable with her as if she was my primary care practitioner. I am excited, because I feel I have a back up person to call. I would recommend Julie to anyone looking for medical care. One of the things I love about seeing a PA or NP is they seem to related on a different level. They spend so much time and make sure you don't leave with unanswered questions. They are qualified, professional and treat the patient with dignity. I am so glad this level of practitioner Is standard in medical practice. I always feel confident that I am being cared for in a dignified and welcome manner. Kudos to Providence. Also, I am very pleased that you included mental health as part of the routine screening, as I have a past history of depression. The way you approach It Is comfortable and encouraging. Some people aren't comfortable bringing it up and your approach is not Intimidating or invasive.

I went in to this provider for a professional look at a skin blemish. The blemish was identified specifically, then explained in broader terms, with instructions for care and possible things to look for in the future. Then the discussion opened up to be about my current health, including what I do on a daily or weekly basis toward my physical health, and even some of my emotional health. The discussion felt relaxed but informative, thorough but not intrusive. I left feeling confident about my present and with a clear path forward in good health.

I NEVER fill out surveys, but Julia Ionescu was extraordinary. I am relatively new to Oregon and my first experience at Providence with a provider was less than stellar. Now that I met Julia, I am hooked. She took the time to get to know me and establish a relationship. Wow! Kudos to her.

She was very helpful in trying to diagnose my issue! She LISTENED to me explain. She ordered blood work to check my heart. She followed up a few days after bloodwork with comments. I would like to see her again!

Some of these questions were difficult to give a response: this call/viral appt was a referral and my newly assigned T2D diagnosis connection to inquire and learn about my dietary do's and don'ts -- and Julie was amazing; information given; suggestions using my current grocery purchases/future purchases and dealing with Meals on Wheels deliveries that I receive weekly. She helped me a great deal and I appreciated the time she took with me and I am more confident moving forward.

My Provider was busy so I had to see nurse practitioner who got ill . So the appointment kept postponing. Finally for the third time saw Juliana.She was very pleasant to talk to.

This provider was very informative about all my medical history even though it was the first time I saw her. She was thorough and made sure she referred me to a specialist and ordered X-rays and called me with the results first thing the very next morning.

I last saw her for a pre-surgical exam 7 months ago. I needed to come back for some additional test. I was very happy with this visit.

Julie provided excellent care to my elderly father. She was very thorough, compassionate and patient with him in his needs and concerns. I have been to other doctor appts with him with other providers and Julie was by far exceptional!

I have never been treated with the same level of respect and active listening as I got from Julie. She was kind and welcoming. She didn't appear to be in a hurry and she let me speak uninterrupted, all while maintaining eye contact.I started rambling because I wasn't sure when to stop talking because I've never had a care provider who didn't cut me off. Honestly, I went home and told my wife she should start seeing Julie.

This was our first appointment to establish care. The only issue I had was that it took over 5 mos to get scheduled. Now that I have seen dr things should go more quickly and seem to be that way.

I am pleased with the care I have had from my Primary Care & staff members as well as my Physical Therapist in the Providence Health & Services.
