I waited 9 months to meet a new primary care provider. This was a follow up appt with a PA to complete an initial health assessment (PAP) . The PA Heather is wonderful. The dr I originally saw was disappointing after waiting 9 months for the appt. She was detached since she was relocating at the end of March and I wasn't following her to her new location at tannasborn. I am grateful for Heather and will continue my care with her.

Ms Adair is the reason I remain with Providence.

Heather is compassionate and the only provider I am willing to see on my care team. I will wait to schedule with her if there aren't appts available. She handles sensitive issues respectful and with dignity. Mental health and being over weight are topics most doctor are unhelpful and dismissive about. She works with to get the care I need to get the medication and support I need to work and function in life. That is very hard to find. She seems to get that certain conditions get very little respectful care. She handles them well.

Thorough, caring and knowledgeable. Very likeable provider.

I'm so thankful for this appointment. Heather ordered a bunch of tests that I wasn't sure why but they came out positive. So I believe we'll have a handle on what the cause of my problem is because of her thorough care

Like my clinic and all providers in their practice. It can take time to get an appointment but response is good onl8ne if I need advice to pursue issue or get help if warranted

This was my first time seeing Heather Adair. She was wonderful! So smart, listened to everything I said, had good answers, have clear directions. I was so impressed.

Very good. We went over a new prescribed medication that was started a couple of weeks before this appointment.

My provider Heather is the best provider there is she's always pleasant happy upbeat she congratulates me on my victories and she helps me manage my pain she never judges never makes me feel like she is truly interested and everything that I am telling her and encouraging I have lost 25-30 lb just because she's so encouraging and I love coming in and knowing that I had lost 5 or 10 or whatever more pounds it was and no how she is going to be just excited as I am that is what makes it worth it I recommended my daughter-in-law she is now part of Providence I am a big fan in fact my son was the first baby boy born at Providence when you reopened your maternity ward in 1983

The provider was exceptional, her assistant was also exceptional! If my primary provider should choose to extend her leave I know who will be next! I really appreciate how thorough she is!

Heather is amazing..knows about all my immune issues n communicates in a way I understand. She takes all the time thst is needed n is a good listener

She listens well and asks questions to better understand what is going on. She made her diagnosis and then she brought my primary care doctor in to see what the symptoms and problems were and double checked with him the treatment plan she has come up with. He agreed and thanked her for including him.

I normally see Dr. Goodwin, but Leann was able to see me for a problem I was having with my sinus. Her recommendations were excellent, and solved the problem.
