I felt like car provider didn't listen well to my concerns and didn't express sympathy. I have visited this office several times to address a health condition that has been going on for 3 months and it is not improving

I like Brian. He genuinely cares about how I am feeling and if there is anything medically he can do to make my life better.

Brian was new to me and did a good job

This is my first visit after more than half a year of wait, that's why the provider did't have contact with me and why some of the questions don't apply. The conversation was a little hard for me to fully understand, because of some technical terms and I am not a native speaker. I appreciate the provider was trying to get a full picture of my health conditions. He was very quick and sharp. He really tries to help me take care of some of my annoying though not serious conditions. I am already seeing some improvement.

Brian was very nice, helpful and informative. He put me at ease about the issue I went there for and made me aware of problems to watch for. Very satisfied with his care.

The PA I saw was great. He really helped me come up with a plan to improve my health concern. He left me feeling confident and at ease.

The main problem with some of the questions is that this was my first visit to establish care with a new provider since my longtime PCP closed his office and changed his practice to part time at a NW Portland clinic. I was very pleased to have my call promptly answered when I called to schedule the appointment but it did take almost six months before I was seen. Brian was very pleasant and thorough. I am very happy about continuing my health care with Brian and the assigned doctor.
