David Counts is one of the best care providers I have ever dealt with. He is thorough, observant, smart and a true professional. I wish he were my primary care provider!

Davis Counts always makes me feel heard. He never seems rushed and makes sure that all of my questions are answered during our visit.

My physician David, is what all physicians should be. Polite, respectful, caring, patient and has a heart. He is always interested in me and focases on the situation.

He was more thorough and thoughtful about my questions & his recommendations than any provider I've had in many years. I appreciate that very much.

I don't normally respond to surveys, but my appointment was the best medical experience that I've had in my life - without exaggeration. I do not enjoy going to the doctor and generally have felt judged, rushed or only partially listened to. In this visit, it was the first time that I had someone fully listen to my concerns, talk to me through all of the options, answer all of my questions (even the dumb ones), did not judge, was generous with his time and he only gave me the feeling of him wanting to help me. I wish that every appointment went as well as this one. It changed my perspective on "going to the doctor". I wish there was a way to make every appointment as amazing as this one was. He is truly an extraordinary provider of care.

Throughout most of my childhood up to now I have had regular checkups and occasional out-of-the-ordinary visits with this provider and others on the medical team. I have been satisfied with the medical care they have provided, and have no complaints.

David came in to the appointment already familiar with my case and test results from 2 days prior. He also had reviewed my health history and was ready to proceed with the work up. He gave me ample time to ask questions and voice concerns. He was knowledgeable in his analysis and efficient with his referral to a specialist. He followed up with results expediently and showed care and empathy. I was thoroughly impressed.

All providers that I have seen, and the staff members, have been very friendly, supportive and knowledgeable about my health.

I could not answer all of the questions on the survey as it was my initial visit as a new patient. I was extremely impressed with my PA David. He was respectful, caring and patient with my responses to his questions. Also was well prepared with my health history.
