Dr Gerhard is a compassionate provider. She listens and is quite kind in dealing with me ion every appointment that I have ever had with her. She provides a "Gold Standard" for how a provider should be!!

She is not judgmental and easy to talk to about sometimes uncomfortable subjects. And, always has information and suggestions on how to meet my goals. Scheduling is easy, exceeded my expectations on this last appointment by being available much sooner than I thought. I appreciate her immediate follow up on ordering prescriptions and informing me of lab results and if I have a question it is easy to email and get a response. Everything I want and need for my healthcare at this point in my life.

I've been going to Dr. Gerhard for about 10 years. I've always felt during that time that she listens to me, gives practical advice, and is shares any concerns about my health. She provides good comprehensive notes from our visiits (showing that she listened to me), which she will usually post within a day. She (or her office) always responds promptly to non-urgent medical questions posed through MyChart.

Always have a very positive experience with Dr Gerhard. She's knowledgeable , kind, listens to you and is straightforward.

It was my first visit with my new doctor as we moved. She was very informed on my health history and spent good informative time in discussion.

I cam in with a mole I was concerned about and Dr Gerhard looked at it and shared my concern. She referred me to a dermatologist. Scheduling with the dermatologist was almost a full year in the future. Dr Gerhard followed up with them and they rescheduled me to the next week.

Dr.Amy is always there for me when needed. She is very good at prescribing only the medicine needed and is always check my lab results for any changes in my health.

Everything was excellent with the provider, medical assistant and front desk. The challenge was trying to schedule an appointment online or in the app because my PCP was on maternity leave and it didn't give me an option for anyone else on my care team. I called and the front desk was very nice and helpful getting an appointment scheduled for me.

I have nothing but good to say about Dr. Gerhard. I can go into her office dejected and overwhelmed with life and when I leave life has a whole new glow to it. There is hope. Dr. Gerhard is an exceptionally empathetic and compassionate person.As for your survey, not all questions can be answered yes or no. In those situations you give no opportunity to explain. You need to rewrite some of your questions.

Dr. Gerhard, nurse, reception all friendly, professional and seem to appreciate me as a patient.

She is always attentive and provides helpful solutions to try. That office does not have a phone number to call. But with how busy they are, not sure that would make it easier to access my provider.

My daughter accompanied me on this visit and Dr Gerhard was very good about including her in this visit.and answering any questions.

Dr.Amy Gearhart is THE BEST provider ever. She really cares about me. Please don't ever let her go, she is my favorite doctor I have ever had.

I suffer from severe medical anxiety and Amy is very compassionate and patient with me. I have had mixed experiences with nurses at this facility over the last decade, but if I advocate for myself to Amy, she always makes sure the nurses and other staff are informed of what I need to support my psychological state going into my appointment.

Dr Gerhard is fantastic. She cares, she listens, and I trust her so much! On a side note, the Bridgeport Lab had a 1 1/2 hour wait. The lab techs were awesome but they were very understaffed and trying their best.

My experiences have been positive at this office, but then I also haven't had any serious issues that challenge the office, staff, or Providence in general. If I really get sick, or have a serious issue, then that's when we'll find out how good you guys really are. I sure hope we never have to put that to the test!
