Dr Amy is the best GP that both my wife and I have ever had.

The care was fine

I really like having my current doctor. I have been her patient for over 10 years and I am hoping that I can continue her as my doctor.

Dr gerhard was AMAZING! I went to her for an IUD removal and reinsertion with a pap. Admirably, not a fun appointment in nature. However she did a few things that made it so much better. 1) listened to my concerns about pain and anxiety management for the procedure having went through others and it being rather traumatic. I never felt like my pain or anxiety was dismissed2) she explained everything exceptionally and made me aware of the steps that would happen. Further, she talked me through each step as it happened and frequently checked In. 3) she was very kind when I asked to have my boyfriend come to hold my hand and made sure I had the support I needed. I have had other providers insist it was not going to be that painful and support was not necessary but never felt weird or bad for requesting to have a support person. She even made sure to check in and make sure he was not going to pass out too, haha. I cannot say enough good things about her and my expirience. I will be going to her for other appointments in the future and cannot express how grateful I am for her and how well the procedure went. While it Inevitably was going to hurt, this was as pain free as possible and went so smoothly. A very big thank you to Dr gerhard and her whole team!!

She provides good comprehensive notes from our visiits (showing that she listened to me), which she will usually post within a day. She (or her office) always responds promptly to non-urgent medical questions posed through MyChart.

It was my first visit with my new doctor as we moved. She was very informed on my health history and spent good informative time in discussion.

I cam in with a mole I was concerned about and Dr Gerhard looked at it and shared my concern. She referred me to a dermatologist. Scheduling with the dermatologist was almost a full year in the future. Dr Gerhard followed up with them and they rescheduled me to the next week.

Everything was excellent with the provider, medical assistant and front desk. The challenge was trying to schedule an appointment online or in the app because my PCP was on maternity leave and it didn't give me an option for anyone else on my care team. I called and the front desk was very nice and helpful getting an appointment scheduled for me.

Dr.Amy is always there for me when needed. She is very good at prescribing only the medicine needed and is always check my lab results for any changes in my health.

Dr Gerhard and her staff went out of their way to help me with problems I had with a bloodwork draw. Their empathy with my situation was appreciated so much.

I have nothing but good to say about Dr. Gerhard. I can go into her office dejected and overwhelmed with life and when I leave life has a whole new glow to it. There is hope. Dr. Gerhard is an exceptionally empathetic and compassionate person.As for your survey, not all questions can be answered yes or no. In those situations you give no opportunity to explain. You need to rewrite some of your questions.

Dr. Gerhard, nurse, reception all friendly, professional and seem to appreciate me as a patient.

She is always attentive and provides helpful solutions to try. That office does not have a phone number to call. But with how busy they are, not sure that would make it easier to access my provider.
