He was professional and personable which is a difficult balance. I had a lot of questions regarding the options for my health and he explained it to me in a way that I could understand. I really appreciate that. Most the time a doctor has such a limited amount of time that they end up giving you a handout to explain your options or your treatment and a lot of times it doesn't cover specifically your condition and it's more confusing to me than anything else it just brings up more questions after the appointment. Because then I think maybe I misunderstood the doctor because there's so much information here that I didn't think pertains to me. So this was so much easier and it saved a lot of time in the long run because I'm not calling and leaving questions for your doctor's and nurses or having the pharmacist call. I felt like I left the appointment understanding clearly my treatment and my options.

It was the first time I was seen by Dr. McWhotwer. He was very helpful with explaining things. I would see him again. I haven't been able to see my primary in a timely matter. It's always three months out for appointments. Just becasue she is good & Dr shortage.
