Victoria L. Murrell, PAC

Physician Assistant Victoria Murrell's interest in medicine began at the age of 15 when she started working as a medical receptionist at a local family medicine and urgent care office. It was then she knew she wanted to become a medical provider.

She chose family medicine because it gives her the opportunity to build important relationships with patients and tailor medicine to their specific needs. "I believe that one of the most important roles a provider has is to listen to your patient and hear what they have to say as they are advocating for their health," she says.

Victoria's philosophy of care is to treat every patient the way she would like to be treated. "I am here to help my patients understand medicine as it affects them through multiple stages of their life," she says. "Medicine is a field that requires a patient to be vulnerable and open about personal aspects of their life. I want patients to trust and know that I take this role very seriously."

Victoria earned her bachelor's degree in microbiology with an emphasis in chemistry from the University of Idaho. She earned her master's degree in physician assistant studies from Touro University Nevada.

A Pacific Northwest native, Victoria is happy to call Portland her home. She comes from a large family with five brothers, one sister, and plenty of nieces and nephews. She enjoys family fun, kayaking, and spending time outdoors with her dog.
