Dr. Wells has been my health care provider for many years. I trust him implicitly. He is kind, caring and very knowledgeable. I never feel rushed by him and he listens well. All providers should be like him.

Dr Wells is not my regular Physician in this practice. My physician didn't have an opening in his schedule for 10 days after I needed to have someone look at an injury I received on my leg while traveling. The Injury looked very angry, and I thought it might be infected. The person I spoke with suggested I could see Dr Wells the next day. Dr. Wells was through and explained what he thought was going on with my leg. He asked If I had a tetanus shot, checked my records then told me It was good for two more years. He prescribed a topical antibiotic cream. I was very satisfied with Dr. Wells care.

He was kind, very thorough and very comfortable to visit with which helped my anxiety. I would be happy to see him again, and I would definitely recommend him.

Dr Wells is friendly, concerned and knowledgeable. He always takes time with my mom who has dementia. She really relates to him and trusts his care. This is very important to me.

You picked a good time for this survey - everything went flawlessly. I needed to talk to the doc about foot pain: minimal wait on the phone to schedule, saw the doc in a week, minimal wait in the lobby and exam room, questions answered, referral made to foot doc and for x-ray, did a same-day walk-in for the x-ray and waited about 20 mins (very acceptable), pictures took about 10 mins - tech was very pleasant, went home. Got the results of the x-rays from the radiologist in MyChart in a few hours (incredible!). And, the next day I got a text from the foot doc office requesting I call for an appt. Good work!
