About Marc B. Carey
As a family physician, Marc Carey, MD, enjoys helping his patients achieve their health goals. To accomplish this, he feels there must be clear and open communication. "To have an effective, trusting partnership with my patients, we must be willing to listen," he says. "I find the best way to do this is to share life stories."
Dr. Carey earned both a doctorate in neuroscience and his medical degree from Oregon Health & Science University.
A native Oregonian, Dr. Carey is married and has two children. For fun and relaxation, he collects comic books, does jigsaw puzzles and rides his Harley Davidson motorcycle.
