Mackenna M. Simpson, PAC

I have always had a good experience with this care provider. Although she is not my PC, I always request to be seen by her because of her listening skills and willing to go the extra mile to obtain what I need. She is very thorough, in my opinion.

MacKenna Simpson took time to explain options regarding my chronic back pain after completing a physical exam. Would feel very comfortable seeing her in the future.

McKenna was outstandingasked lots of questions, answered lots of questions, listened and I felt heardgave clear and explicit instructions along with my chart and printed directives/information.My problem is not with the care provided. It is with scheduling procedures once a diagnosis has been reached which appears to be the problem universally. Insurance appears to tie the hands of both patient and medical staff. The Providence staff has been so greatat all levels. I appreciate the work that you all do. I truly wish appointments for cardiac and MRIs didn't need to be pushed so far out.

McKenna listens really well. She asks lots of questions. She takes my concerns seriously. She is easy to talk with--a great communicator. She is very knowledgeable. She is good about making referrals for more specific diagnoses, and is very good at coordinating with specialists about their findings, and then being able to translate them back to me as the patient. I really appreciate her care and help.

This was the first time I met McKenna. She was super kind, intelligent and well prepared for my visit. It was a true joy to work with her.

Mckenna listened to it all & summarized the hx very well -and also dealt with my current concerns. I saw her b/c my regular provider was on PTO. I so appreciate the PA s in this practice who are EXCELLENT!!! I really thought McKenna was fabulous and look forward to seeing her again!

I was pleasantly surprised that I could make an appointment as quickly as I did since I have had lingering discomfort and wanted to learn if it's serious and if it can be rectified. MacKenna was refreshing, intense in a great way, asked good questions and our dialogue was definitely a 2 way conversation with what I considered excellent communication. McKenna conveyed positivity in her interest, knowledge and plan to improve my current discomfort. The gentleman who did the preliminary check-in such as blood pressure, etc. was also personable, easy with who to talk and made me comfortable

McKenna Simpson is one of the best position physician assistance I've ever met or been treated by.

Really liked McKenna, she knew my history and problems, was thorough and nice to me too.Getting scheduled is a difficult experience, when you call PMG Glisan the answering machine doesn't even have an option to schedule an appt at the clinic. You should try it and see. Then maybe you wait on hold for a long time and no one picks up. You can leave a message for your care team but then someone calls you back who Emails with a nurse --you don't even talk to the nurse. I wasn't sure how to even get a normal appt so I finally just walked into the clinic. I got the appts I needed easily then!
