McKenna listens really well. She asks lots of questions. She takes my concerns seriously. She is easy to talk with--a great communicator. She is very knowledgeable. She is good about making referrals for more specific diagnoses, and is very good at coordinating with specialists about their findings, and then being able to translate them back to me as the patient. I really appreciate her care and help.

I so appreciate the PA s in this practice who are EXCELLENT!!! I really thought McKenna was fabulous and look forward to seeing her again!

I was pleasantly surprised that I could make an appointment as quickly as I did since I have had lingering discomfort and wanted to learn if it's serious and if it can be rectified. MacKenna was refreshing, intense in a great way, asked good questions and our dialogue was definitely a 2 way conversation with what I considered excellent communication. McKenna Simpson is one of the best position physician assistance I've ever met or been treated by.

Really liked McKenna, she knew my history and problems, was thorough and nice to me too.Getting scheduled is a difficult experience, when you call PMG Glisan the answering machine doesn't even have an option to schedule an appt at the clinic. You should try it and see. Then maybe you wait on hold for a long time and no one picks up. You can leave a message for your care team but then someone calls you back who Emails with a nurse --you don't even talk to the nurse. I wasn't sure how to even get a normal appt so I finally just walked into the clinic. I got the appts I needed easily then!
