Julia L. Torres, FNP

As a child growing up, Julia Torres' mother was an emergency room nurse. "I always looked up to her knowledge and abilities when it came to caring for us kids when we were sick or injured. She inspired me to go into nursing," she says. In her practice, Julia aspires to care for the whole patient. "Each person has a unique set of experiences and qualities which need to be taken into consideration when providing their care." As a provider, Julia believes that patients respond better to care and are more at ease when they know what to expect. Julia was raised in Oregon with her two brothers. In her free time, she enjoys reading, baking, and spending time with family. She is the mother of three children and they often spend time at the park or library.
