I always feel thoroughly listened to, respected, and helped as much as possible for all aspects of my health at this clinic, whether it's discussing blood labs, general skincare, prescriptions, or mental health concerns. My provider, Dr. Raj, is kindhearted and attentive, and the nurses and supporting staff are equally helpful and caring. I also appreciate how well Dr. Raj keeps up to date on my medical records through the Providence records system and MyChart. My only concern is that scheduling a timely appointment with my provider can be challenging due to how busy the clinic is. While it's easy to request an appointment via MyChart, appointments (especially in-person) often need to be booked months in advance, which could be difficult for someone needing to be seen in a shorter timeframe. Even with the busy schedule, I continue to trust this clinic because of the compassionate and thorough care I receive.

My visit was perfect. Everyone and Dr. JAJ ARE KIND , KNOWALAGABLE AND REMEMBER ALL MY SITUATIONS.

I appreciate the respect that Dr. Raj shows by investigating some aspects of my (primarily) skin genetic disorder, then checks himself verbally with statements such as, "You might already know this..." He then also speaks at a basic-professional level, not a child, not overly technical, although there are a few terms I could have asked to clarify and he would have.He asked a question this last time that I didn't expect, something to the effect of, "Why are you hesistant to take [this] medicine?" to which I stated that I was unfamiliar with it and didn't know anything about it. I guess I was hoping that he would go into further detail, but this was a tangent from the main reason for my appointment, so I understand why may not have gone into detail. I should have been more direct. He did offer me an appointment with another specialist though, so he did provide an alternative to my direct answer I was looking for.

Dr. Raj has been my PCP for years. He's always been great and looks out for me.

Dr. Raj was very thorough when he did the cortisone injection in my hand. He ensured the best possible intervention to make it comfortable despite the anticipated initial pain by using a topical numbing spray. Very empathetic & caring physician.

All the staff and provider are very good but appointments are available for long time. It will be great if appointments are available with in 15 days.
