This was my initial visit with Dr. Yates as my new PCP. He was easy to talk with and was knowledgeable about my medical history.

Dr yates is a very concerning person he cares about his patients health. Nice respectful young man. He ask questions concerning his patients health how I'm doing and dealing with my backpain. I would recommend him percent.

Dr. Yates is a good listener and respects my decision making regarding test timing and preferences. Previous questions about whether anyone contacted me about health goals, etc in the last three months were answered no, but were also not relevant. During my wellness visit these questions were posed and answered together. I am a little disappointed that this visit originally scheduled for early November was rescheduled twice. I am less disappointed that it needed to be rescheduled because life and illnesses happen, but I wish it could have been rescheduled much sooner than February. Otherwise, I have been very happy with the care and experience provided by Dr. Yates and the Glisan Clinic.

I am very happy with Dr. Yates and the others I have dealt with. THEY NEED MORE HELP. Hard to get an appointment when needing it.

Dr. Yates has been the best PCP I have ever had. He listens and address everything and involves me in the decision making about what the next steps should be. He educates me as well as discusses things that are hard to talk about. He is kind, caring, and compassionate. He makes me feel welcome and that I am not being judged.

Dr. Yates is always up to date on my health issues, which is astounding considering the number of patients he must have.

I was very stressed when you GP retired in 2022. I had been seeing him for twenty years and knew how difficult it is to get a good GP. I'm very fortunate and grateful that Dr Yates is my GP and look forward to another twenty year relationship.

I had a great wellness visit with Dr. Yates, a very bright young man. He asked into my various medical issues, and explained things well. He and I share a common interest in cycling (I rode over 625 miles since early April.) I was pleased that he thought I am doing so good with my diet and exercise, in spite of a complex medical history. I am fortunate to have a good relationship with all my providers, but Dr. Yates is definitely the most personable.

This was an initial meeting to set up Dr Yates as my new PCP. We moved from Hillsboro to Portland, so prior PCP was harder to get to. Dr Yates was congenial, had all the medical records handy, and reviewed everything with me. The discussion was thorough and covered all of my questions. Multiple tests were ordered. One thing that could be changed is that MyChart shows the medical tests ordered, and all say something to the effect of "to be administered as directed by the doctor's office", but I did not get specific instructions as to what prep is required for each test - e.g., fasting, etc.

Dr. Yates was very caring and very informed. I have been impressed with all of the doctors I have seen in the Providence group.

Dr Yates was very thorough in our interaction, my first with him, asking questions, answering my questions, and giving me guidance as to my health concerns. It was a very pleasant experience. He took his time and It went smoothly. Give credit too to the nurse who first saw me.

Dr Yates and cardiologists cannot seem to find why my condition and abilities have not improved post triple bypass to conditions in the year or two before surgery. Same symptoms now as pre-surgery; breathlessness and increased pulse. Seems to me surgery should have improved my situation.

My Doctor shows great pasion and empathy to my health needs and would recommend him to any other new clients looking for a Primary care physician.

Dr. Yates made me feel valued and I feel he is looking out for my best interest.

Dr. Yates sized up the problem very quickly and recommended steps to take to heal the large cut, with skin displacement on my arm. I followed his instructions and the wound has healed as he indicated it would.

This is only my second visit with Dr. Yates, as my previous PCP has moved on to different endeavors. Considering that, I felt he was pretty up to date on my health issues and double checked everything to make sure he had a grasp of the current situation. I was very pleased with how the visit went.

I havehad wonderful care in the last four months for heart issues and a serious back injury which led me to spend four nights in the hospital. The care has been spectacularly good.
