I was amazed at how quickly I was able to get an appointment as quickly as I did. The service was great and I got good care, I was glad that he thought to get X-rays To confirm the problem.

This was my first visit to Dr. Hauptman. He took over patients from my previous doctor who had been my doctor for ten years. Dr. Hauptman was incredibly compassionate and understanding and really listened to what I was saying. I felt very seen and heard and understood. He didn't rush me, but was also efficient. Excellent visit.

The ?? I answered No to were by way of paperwork?? I really like Jacob & feel he listens to my concerns.

First time with Dr. Hauptman; he was pleasant, informative, and thorough.

This was my first time seeing this Dr. He was very kind and thorough, & knowledgable.

My normal Dr has decided to make a change in her profession. I was assigned this Dr as a replacement. I honestly have to say I Could Not be more pleased. Extremely helpful, seemed to know my health history and needs. Offered me real time answers to my questions and made this a positive experience. Thanks again and I seriously hope I see you for my next visit.

We went through all my medications. I'm having surgery next month. I'm supposed to stop taking for the length of time and he went through everything with me so that was very helpful.

Mr. Hauptman was professional, thorough, kind and clearly explained things and answered questions in an understandable way.

He is very good ,kindness, nice and good listening. He was explain very clear and make sur it correct. I appreciated.

I have had nothing but good experiences and even got my 2 daughters to come and see a provider in the practice as their pcp.

I have seen this provider (PA) twice when it was a quicker appointment than my PCP and he's thorough, knowledgeable and great bedside manner.

Sometimes there behind schedule but not lately there always professional and curious

I love how much time the Drs take to cover all the basics my Dr and Jacob are wonderful and they are great that's why I've been with them for so many years

I am always happy to meet with this provider. He takes his time and explains things to me thoroughly. Last time I saw him I was diagnosed with low blood sugar and having to take glucose test on my own. He took the time to show me how to do it. He also explained to me the obstacles that I could face in the future. He is always so wonderful and kind and funny with concern about my medical condition. He always knows what I am currently going through and finds the best way to help me. He is exactly the kind of provider I wish all of my doctors could be.

I normally don't see male doctors as my primary doctor is a female but if l was to have a male doctor it would be dr. Jacob he is one of the most caring doctors l have seen he understands me
